The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and various tourist spots like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. While the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the noise during the mornings was quite bothersome, and the room décor left something to be desired. For the price, it’s decent, but I wish I had better shower facilities.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit dark and poorly decorated, with the smallest shower I’ve ever seen. They were damp but spacious, although the two levels made it feel less cozy.
Service
7.0
The staff were warm and friendly, providing excellent local advice and even organizing petrol for us. However, we had a surprise charge at checkout that was not clearly communicated.
Location
9.0
The location is fantastic, with easy access to local restaurants and nearby attractions like Capri and Sorrento.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was average, with limited options and the shuttle service stopping early, which made it tough to enjoy an evening out.
Facilities

The hotel offered a lovely stay with an exceptionally clean atmosphere and a great location close to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius. While the rooms were basic yet tidy, the service had its low points, particularly with unnoticed membership distinctions which led to an unexpected charge at checkout. Dining was adequate but could use more variety. Overall, it provided good value for money with just a few issues to improve on.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were quite basic but extremely clean and equipped with air conditioning. However, we did encounter an issue with the shower drains being sluggish, likely due to sand.
Service

The staff was professional and very helpful when I asked for travel advice, but it was a bit concerning that they didn't verify if guests were beach club members versus hotel guests.
Location
9.0
The location was excellent, making it easy for side trips to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius. Every spot offered breathtaking views, especially of Vesuvius.
Dining
7.0
Dining was informal buffet style; the selection was okay, but could have been better. The view from the restaurant was amazing, which made up for the limited options.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, offering access to essential amenities, but nothing particularly luxurious stood out.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely lovely, right by the marina and close to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, but getting there from the main building with an 18-month-old was quite a challenge due to the stairs. The service was friendly, though there were a few hiccups during our check-out. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but some improvements could make it really shine.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were spacious but involved a daunting walk up and down a narrow spiral staircase from the main building.

Location

The facilities were decent, but the walking distance between the rooms and the main building was inconvenient, especially in the heat.

I was particularly impressed with the great location that made exploring the area super convenient. The breakfast was decent, but I felt it could use a bit more variety. However, the service I received was not consistent, with some staff being incredibly helpful while others were quite rude. It’s a good spot for the price, but just be aware of the service variability.
