Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants and various tourist spots like Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. While the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the noise during the mornings was quite bothersome, and the room décor left something to be desired. For the price, it’s decent, but I wish I had better shower facilities.
The hotel offered a lovely stay with an exceptionally clean atmosphere and a great location close to Sorrento, Pompeii, and Mount Vesuvius. While the rooms were basic yet tidy, the service had its low points, particularly with unnoticed membership distinctions which led to an unexpected charge at checkout. Dining was adequate but could use more variety. Overall, it provided good value for money with just a few issues to improve on.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, with incredibly helpful staff and a fabulous location near the marina. The rooms offered a spectacular sea view, but the cleaning service could have been better, and my room felt slightly outdated. Dining was good, but a bit repetitive. Overall, a solid experience with good value for money.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The location is absolutely lovely, right by the marina and close to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious, but getting there from the main building with an 18-month-old was quite a challenge due to the stairs. The service was friendly, though there were a few hiccups during our check-out. Overall, it offers decent value for money, but some improvements could make it really shine.
The hotel has a fantastic location with stunning views of the Bay of Naples and Vesuvius. The rooms are spacious but a bit outdated, not matching the online photos. The service was generally friendly, but there were some issues with charges during check-out. Dining options were enjoyable with tasty and fresh ingredients, although the breakfast could be improved. Overall, it offers good value for money, but there are some quirks to be aware of.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which boasts a beautiful location near Sorrento and Pompeii. The rooms were spacious and spotless, making my stay comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, although I wish they had been more attentive about checking membership status. The dining experience was good but could use a bit more variety. Overall, I found the hotel to be a great value for money, despite a few minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel with clean and comfortable rooms that came with outdoor space, although I was a bit surprised there was no milk or cream for tea. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my experience even nicer. The dining options were somewhat limited, and the shuttle service could be inconvenient. Overall, a good value for money, especially given its great location for exploring the Amalfi Coast.
The hotel offers a lovely stay overall, with beautifully converted rooms that are both clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the great location that made exploring the area super convenient. The breakfast was decent, but I felt it could use a bit more variety. However, the service I received was not consistent, with some staff being incredibly helpful while others were quite rude. It’s a good spot for the price, but just be aware of the service variability.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is located in a picturesque marina in Vico Equense. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the dining options, while good, could offer a bit more variety. The added wellness center fee may not be ideal for everyone, but overall, it’s a good value for a convenient stay near major attractions.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with clean rooms and a super comfy bed. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Salvatore and Anna who went out of their way to help us. The location was peaceful yet perfectly situated for trips to Sorrento and Pompeii. However, I was a bit surprised by some extra charges and the dining options could use a little more variety.
